Emails are entered into a ticketing system which allows one of our engineers to promptly answer you, and track how the ticket is progressing.

We can use remote access tools to look at your gateway through your PC/Laptop.
At the bottom of the page is a link to our SMC Gateway Support Tool.
This will allow us to have remote access directly to your gateway.
Download the tool, and unzip it anywhere on your PC.
Run the tool, enter the IP address of the gateway you need help with, and select the engineer number that the SMC technical engineer has assigned to you.
The engineer will then be able to directly look at your SMC Gateway’s configuration.
Alternatively, we also use Team Viewer.
